Building a Speak Up Culture Through Psychological Safety & Experimentation
An experiment to foster greater psychological safety by testing the effectiveness of a minimally invasive intervention that guides managers on how to conduct their 1:1 meetings. The goal of this project is to discover new ways by which companies can increase psychological safety between employees and their managers, and in turn strengthen our company speak up culture.
