Compliance training is a central pillar for establishing integrity and compliance in companies. But how can such training be ideally implemented in day-to-day business operations? In this masterclass, we share practical experiences on how compliance e-learning can be successfully implemented. Using real-world examples, we show how compliance training is being used in numerous companies, what challenges arose during implementation, and how these were solved. We discuss approaches e.g. regarding the selection of appropriate content, reaching diverse target groups, and measuring learning success.
